How Freedom Rides works

Built around the rides you actually take.

Freedom Ridesisn't a national marketplace. It's a small bench of drivers dispatch approves by hand, paired with software that stays out of the way.

01

Request

Open Freedom Rides, tap pickup, tap drop-off, pick a time. The trips we run most are set routes with a published price, so the fare is on screen before you confirm.

Schedule one ride or a repeating one — same trip every Tuesday at 7:45am, paused for the week you're traveling.

02

Match

Dispatch assigns an approved driver from your neighborhood — not a stranger from across town. Your ride page names them, and every status change lands on its timeline.

No surge auction. Freedom Rides runs on a small bench of drivers dispatch approved by hand, in cars they own and keep sharp — so the answer is a person, and the price is the one you were quoted.

03

Ride

A push, a text or an email the moment a driver is assigned. Status updates flow to your timeline. If something goes wrong, dispatch — a real person — is the escalation, not a chatbot.

Lose service in a parking garage? The driver app keeps going and replays updates when the signal returns.

04

Arrive

An itemized receipt is ready in your account the moment the ride is marked complete. Printable, and archived in your ride history.

Need a refund or to flag an issue? File it from the receipt page. It lands in dispatch's queue, where a person decides it.

Why this design

Less app. More ride.

Most ride apps are optimized for one-time strangers in dense downtowns. Freedom Ridesis optimized for the people who'll use it every week — neighbors with school runs, standing appointments, and a name they prefer to be called. Every car on the bench is one the driver owns and cares for, starting with the flagship out front.

The flagship

Tesla Model Y Long Range AWD — seven seats (third row sized for kids), tow hitch, and a minivan on the bench for luggage-heavy runs.
