Request
Tap pickup, tap drop-off, pick a time. The trips Freedom Rides runs most are set routes with a published price — book one, or set it to repeat.

Match
Dispatch assigns an approved driver from your neighborhood — picked by hand, never auctioned. Your ride page names them, and dispatch is one message away.

Ride
A push, a text or an email the moment a driver is assigned, and again when the ride is done. If something goes wrong, dispatch — a real person — is the escalation.

Arrive
An itemized receipt is ready the moment the ride is marked complete — printable, and archived in your ride history.

Freedom Ridesis run by the person most likely to pick you up. The rest of the bench drive their own cars, and dispatch approves every one of them by hand before a ride can be assigned to them. Straight talk: the Model Y's third row fits kids and smaller riders best, and using it trims trunk space — big groups with big luggage get the bench's Honda Odyssey instead.
